Carlsberg Group Procurement is currently looking for a studentassistant to assist in the daily work of the department, 15-20 hours aweek, starting as soon as possible.

Group Procurement is responsible for the procurement of both materialsused for our production (direct procurement) and the non-material costssuch as marketing, services, IT, etc. (indirect procurement). Thedepartment is divided into 4 main categories each responsible fordeveloping and implementing category strategies within the CarlsbergGroup. The Group Procurement organization reports to the CFO and worksclosely with a range of internal stakeholders such as supply chain,marketing, innovation, etc..
The Packaging team consists of 9 dedicated people handling globalprocurement of glass bottles, cans, PET, secondary packaging, etc.. Theteam members are based in different locations in Europe whereof 3 arebased in Copenhagen. You will become an important member of thepackaging team and procurement department supporting the CategoryDirector in different business activities and strategic work.
Your main areas of responsibility includes:
Assisting in current and future strategic projects.
Responsible for smaller procurement projects.
Continuously improving communication within the team and to our internal and external stakeholders
Assisting with day to day administrative tasks.
Support tactical and operational procurement tasks.
We expect you to:
Study a master degree on CBS, DTU, KU or similar and have 1-2 years left of your studies.
Write and speak English fluently.
Have an interest in procurement.
Be energetic, self driven and result-oriented.
Have strong analytical, administrative and communicative skills.
Be a team player with a good sense of humour.
Have good IT skills, especially within Microsoft Office.
