Residence after EU Law
Application FA10 can be used if you are here on the grounds of family reunification to a Danish citizen after EU law
> Form FA10: Application for a permanent residence on the grounds of EU law (in Danish only).
You can download and print al the paper-based application forms. You can also get the application forms at the Danish Immigration Service's Citizen Service or at a police station capable of recording biometric features.
An application for a permanent residence can be handed in at the Danish Immigration Service's Citizen Service. If you live outside the Greater Copenhagen area, you can also hand in your application at a police stations were you can have your biometric features recorded (digital photo and fingerprint) for residence permit card in connection with your application. See list of police station capable of recording biometric features.
You can also send your application the Danish Immigration by post or email to permanent@us.dk
If you send your application by post or email you must be aware that you in person within the period of 14 days must have recorded biometric features at the Danish Immigration Service's Citizen Service. If you live outside the Greater Copenhagen area, you can also have your biometric features recorded at a police station capable of recording biometric features. |
