Challenges
The job involves a wide range of interesting assignments supporting the Corporate Vice President in his management tasks including reporting to the Audit Committee and Executive Management. Your main responsibilities are to assist the Corporate Vice President in all daily activities including communication and reporting to the Audit Committee, management tasks and decision making within Group Internal Audit, contact with key stakeholders in headquarters and regions, ad hoc analyses etc. You will also be involved in the development of strategies for Group Internal Audit, budgeting, financial follow-up and management reporting. Further, you will work with various cross-disciplinary projects within and outside Group Internal Audit improving our processes.
The job gives you a good insight to the assurance function in Facilitation and Group Internal Audit and you are able to develop your analytical and communication skills enabling strong development opportunities in Novo Nordisk. As your development is important to us, training and individual development plans are key tools to help you in your personal and professional development.
Qualifications
You hold a M.Sc. in Auditing, Accounting, Economics or similar with excellent results and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working within Novo Nordisk or audit experience from a large accounting firm or internal audit function where global activities was part of the job.
You must be a team-player with a high degree of independence. You have strong analytical skills combined with a pro-active mindset. Your tasks vary from day to day and you are comfortable with running many tasks simultaneously. Other key personal qualifications include strong communication skills, a high level of energy, open-minde, a good sense of humour and the ability to stay focused when working under pressure. You speak and write English on a high level.
