Novo Nordisk is seeking a controller to join our Finance team in DAPI. DAPI is part of the Product Supply Organisation. Novo Nordisk Product supply is an organisation with more than 8,500 employees located in Denmark or on one of our 5 international sites. Product supply is responsible for all production in Novo Nordisk and delivery of products to our sales affiliates. DAPI is responsible for all bulk production of insulin.
Challenges
Your tasks will be a combination of project work and controlling tasks. You will be working partly as controller in Kalundborg and be part of implementing Product Costing in SAP (SAP COPA) spending in periods most of your time in Copenhagen.
Within the controlling tasks you will primarily work with management reporting, Activity-Based Costing, Balanced Scorecard and ad-hoc analysis.
You will also be part of the SAP implementation of Product Costing in Product Supply in the PSatSAP Finance project, which is part of a strategic initiative to replace Product Supply’s backbone production execution system with SAP.
You will have wide cross-organisational contacts, stretching from senior management to local controllers in an international environment and be involved in a broad range of financial decisions. You will be part of changing and defining how Novo Nordisk will work with controlling and Product Costing. Your range of contacts will facilitate building a solid network beneficial to your professional and personal growth. You will further obtain a broad and in depth understanding of Novo Nordisk business.
Qualifications
You have a Masters degree in management accounting, business administration or equivalent with superior documented results, experience from a production company and interest in use of IT-systems is preferred. You have outstanding analytical skills combined with a structured result-oriented approach. You are fluent in written and spoken English and have good communication skills. You demonstrate initiative and have a high level of engagement.
SAP FI/CO experience and knowledge and interest in Product Costing is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
