Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above;
• Business understanding and relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English, Danish and Chinese: listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills; solid coordination and execution ability.
• Excellent professional attitude: Self-disciplined, team-oriented and service mindset
Job content 1: Administration Work
• General office maintenance management.
• Organize and coordinate meetings and team building activities.
• Apply for reimbursement in the company financial system.
• Handle Danish government documents related to BGI Europe A/S.
• Organize the reception of important delegations.
• Visa application management.
• Assist the manager to perform and perfect administrative regulations, workflows, announcements, and other urgent tasks.
Job content 2: HR Work
• Assist HR management with HR administration, including the welcoming, onboarding and training of new employees; organize personnel document recordings, etc.
• Assist with European HR policy research and execution, and perform HR work and report.
• Assist with compliance to the local labor law, including sick leave registration, maternity leave registration, etc.
• Local recruitment for new job openings.
• Help to contact Danish labor agencies, Commune, Migration office and local municipalities.
• Perform Regular translation work from Danish to English
