不行的，丹麦,英国和爱尔兰都不承认其他欧盟国家的长居
你只能来丹麦短期住3个月，要有丹麦的自雇居留许可，才能开公司。

Persons who have lived in an EU country for at least five years with a residence permit may apply for long-term resident status in that country.
