The position:
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for Scandinavia as part of the next phase of Kinneir Dufort growth.

We are looking for a very strong sales person who can take responsibility for sales acquisition and client development.
You will be responsible for business development and maximizing sales. You will maximize business performance by developing existing and new customers.

Areas of responsibility:


•Business development and Maximizing sales
•Identify growth opportunities and implement to maximise on return
•Implementation of customer prioritisation and segmentation
•Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets
•Accurate and timely update of CRM with appropriate activities
•Demonstrate a detailed understanding of Innovation & Design and have the ability to transfer this knowledge effectively to prospects & clients
•Perform regular business reviews, focusing on sales, activity and profitability, linked to prioritization segmentation and business plan strategy
Your professional experience/qualifications:


•Sales experience (at least 5 years) with a proven successful track record in business development
•The ideal candidate have in depth experience and proven track record from a Product Design Agency, Health Care/Pharma/Life Science/Biotech Industry, Consumer industry or Consultancy Industry doing Business Development to the before mentioned
•Bachelor degree or higher
•Experience in working in an international company is an advantage

Miscellaneous:
You will report to the Director who is located in UK.
