内容：In the seminar “How to become the creating force in your own career?” It is my goal to inspire you with the tools and mind-set you need to go out and sell yourself into your most desired job.
This process is based upon three phases.
v The first step: you need to gain self awareness regarding the value you represent and the specific skills you have to bring to a company.
v The second part: you need to communicate the above both orally and in writing in the most efficient and constructive way, so as to interest companies in them and your qualifications.
v The third: involves keeping up the spirit and never loss focus of the goal – The desired job.
主讲人信息：Who am I?
I have always been the pioneer, change manager and entrepreneur. I have designed and conceptualized knowledge products and new ways to work together, across organizational boarders and with the involvement of employees and customers. I am convinced that we don’t necessarily need more, we need better!
I want to create better and more meaningful ideas about what is possible tomorrow and turn them into practical value today. I am sure that many people in-between jobs and in jobs are not satisfied by the ways they are perceived in society or in their companies. They are highly committed and devoted to creating meaningful value and allowing productive ideas to emerge into the world but are not in a structure where they can make this happen. Therefore we need to take some action and be the creating force in our own career.
My educational background is a university degree in communications, cand.comm.from Roskilde University, a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Master in Management Development from Copenhagen Business School.
